Board Office Add-In with Office 365

The Board Office Add-In is not compatible with Office 365.

 

The installation fails with the following error message:

"You must have Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 or 2013 installed to use this product"

 

Are there any plans to remedy this so it can be used with Office 365 (local) and if so will old Board versions be included? My company currently use v10.1.2.

    Dear Dave Bell,

     

    in general BOARD is compatible with Office 365. Im running exactly this combination on my local environment.

     

    Are you sure you installed the correct Office AddIn?

     

    The arriving error message also occurs, when you have installed 64Bit edition of Office 365 and try to run 32 Bit BOARD Office AddIn setuo and vice versa.

     

    What version of Office 365 you have installed (32 / 64) bit? You can check with your task manager

    On my environment Office ist installed in 64 Bit mode.

    The 32bit install seems to work!

    I assumed incorrectly that the 365 was 64bit as the OS is.
