I am trying to add a company logo to the header in the web version of create a report for PDF. However I cannot see an option to add anything apart from @Selections to the header or the footer? is there a way to add images in?

I have just begun to work with PDF exports in v11. Not sure if there is a better way to do it yet, but to get the page the way I wanted it, I had to create a screen for the report, of size 1920x1357 (A4 at 150dpi). Then I placed every control, header or footer where I wanted it.
Like Mike says below, you can turn off the selection page.
In the export screen you can unselect the Select page, and it won't print the second page that has the selections. Please note this has to be repeated for each screen.
