Board 11 hardware requirments
Hello,
we moved to Baord 11 from Baord 10.1.2 but system is now very slow. It was already slow using client but before was good with web interface. Now is very slow.
We suppose power of processor is not enough. We have an Intel processor XSS70.
Is there available any hardware system requirment document for Board 11?

silly question, but have you already "trained" Board for the screens/layouts in Board 11? As you don't control the sparsity versions of the cubes, maybe your problem lies there.

what do you mean with "trained"?
We converted capsule and database during the upgrade procedure.
We also used the "learn" option on one layout but the performance did not improve. Also after learning procedure we still have only one cube version.

yeah, I mean the "learn" option. Have you had a look in the log files in order to find out if the cubes take longer to load than they used to before?

So we are running some tests ourselves. We experienced the same issue with the "learn" option. It finished without actually creating new versions. Though in other cases a new version was created.
On the performance: some screens run about as fast as before, others much slower (to be expected if no specific version is available).
On a side note: does anybody know if there's the possibility to "learn" for a whole capsule at once or is it necessary to do that for every layout?
