Screen not visible in screen list

Hello, Is there the possibility to do not insert a screen in the screen list visible to other users? Something like a private screen not present in the screen list. We do not want to complicate the menu option on the left of the window. Thank you.

Would it work for you to use the menu-object on the screens? (help.board.com - Menu Object) 

If so, you could select the option "Hide screen list" in the capsule properties so that the screen list is only accessible in design mode but not be the regular users. By only adding the "public" screens to the capsule sitemap, you could hide your private screens this way.

If you come across a better solution, please share! I'd be interested in an alternative as well.

Hi,

 

you can customize screen-side menu object. In design mode, open the menu object and give a name to the group (typing on the cell "New group")

 

Then reopen menu bar and click on the "properties" icon in the right side:

 

 

click on "Add screens"

 

 

and choose the screens to public:

 

 

At the end only the screens you choose are visible on the side menu

Hi,

 

Another option is to use another Capsule.  You can then restrict a user to a folder in which you put that capsule. The full range of reports would be kept in a "master" capsule and you copy the screens to another capsule which you allow those users to "see" using the folder profiles under security to restrict user access to particular capsules.

 

I like the menu option better but this is another option.
