Hello,

 

Want to download a board add-in excel installation file. How can I download? Or How can I get it?

 

Could you please recommend.

    you can achieve the downloadsection using this link Downloads .

     

    Alternatively you can use Board Support Desk - Powered by Kayako https://support.board.com/index.php? Help Desk Software . Using this portal you have to enable your account using your customer ID.

     

    If the download is bloked for you please go to your board sales specialist and ask for activating your account.

     

    You have to download BOARD office Add In for the version you are using inside your company.

     

    Inside the setup you can choose for which Application you want to install (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or all of them).

    Thanks for your link to download. the system doesn't allow me to download once clicked. I've already signed it. What I need to do about. actually I want to install the add-in on Excel, but don't have the installation file.

     

     

    Please recommend.

    like mentioned above, when you are not able to download please request the sales department responsible for your account.

     

    The collegues are able to activate the download area.

    The Excel Add-in link has moved to Support > Downloads. Here is the direct link:

    To find the version of the Excel Add -in you need:

    2. Select the version of BOARD you are currently using on the Downloads age (Support > Downloads) .

    3. Select the 64-bit version of the Excel Add-in for 64-bit Office installations. All other installations should use the 32-bit version.
