Virtual Cubes in Board 11

Hi All,

 

After installing the latest Board 11 version; I tested the new feature of Virtual cubes.

However, even if I use a very basic dataflow, it does not seem to work as expected.

 

1. I create a virtual cube by Country

2. I perform a dataflow which puts 2 in this virtual cube on every member. (I tested this step with a regular physical cube and this worked fine)

3. I make a simple calculation using an existing cube that contains the Country dimension and the virtual cube, but this does not give any result. (I tested this step with a regular physical cube and this worked fine)

 

Basically I think the concept of using virtual cubes is great. But it should also work as expected. What am I doing wrong :-)?

 

A step by step example would be great including print-screens.

Hello,

 

Constant algorithm on a virtual cube is not yet supported. It will arrive soon.

We are also working in a more detailed documentation to share best practices and use cases.
