Dynamic selection not working

Dear Community,

 

I have a problem when I do a dynamic selection on entities.

For example, the entity "Enseigne" is not empty and there are cubes that are structered by this entity but I can't find them in the list of cubes below.

I have the same problem on all my entities of this database.

 

 

Do you have any idea about this?

thanks for your request.

 

I think there went something wrong inside the database itself.

 

Did you check, if:

 

1. Max ItemNumbers are set correctly

2. Relations are managed well

3. Cubes have valid data and you can build up dataview, ...

 

The better way to solve your request will be opening ticket to our support center (http://support.board.com) than using the community.
