(RESOLVED) Display Images directly from URL Link?

Hi all,

 

Has anyone  displayed images within an object of BOARD using a URL?  If so, how did you achieve it?

 

I have upto five URLs associated with each record stored on a SQL database - Image 1 shows a dataview with the operating Cube and its structrure. 

 

Each URL links to an image on a shared cloud storage location.  These images are easily viewed when selecting the URL and opening another WEB Tab but I want to display these images on a screen, possibly in a DATAVIEW, TILEVIEW or even a LABEL.

 

Image 1: Dataview containing a 2D cube; PropertyID, ImageNo1 to 5. Each value is a URL link to an image  and there are upto five unique images per property.

It is not possible to automatically download all images for uploading into a BLOB cube.

Hi Paul,

 

should be very easy to solve.

I got a text cube with a link to an image (in my case to https://www.boardvilleconference.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/logo-boardville-566x117.png )

now I add an Algoritm Block to the layout with "Column algorithm" a (to get the link) and Algortim Type Picture

So I got following result:
