Another BOARD Web error message
Can any explain what would cause the error message below? This if for a customer BOARD on-prem with IIS.
They were previously able to get the logon screen, but would get an error after logging in (seeWeb error using IIS ).
I tried again but now get a different error as below.
No error files are being generated in inetpub\wwwroot\BOARD\App_Data\log

I know this is not a solution, but maybe this could help somebody to explain this issue. My customer just reported similar error. They saved the link to their Board cloud environment under browser favorites and getting this message when trying to logon through there. They are on cloud.

Hi Brendan,
I have seen that message when users have saved the wrong URL in their bookmarks, like Edgars Kancans described it above. Make sure that it is the "standard" url for your BOARD environment and does not include anything like this:identity/login?signin=f8203660eedd88591051b805d751c601

Thanks Daniel. Luckily the client doesn't get the error anymore, but I was getting the issue myself typing the IP address directly so I don't think it was related to an incorrect URL/bookmark. But as long as they can access now I'm happy. Cheers
