SSL Certificate update - web not updating
When updating an expired SSL certificate is there anything that needs to be done that differs from the initial setup?
The certificate expired yesterday, and it was updated today.
The updated certificate was selected in both the Security Settings and Web Service tab of the Server Configuration tool GUI, but a certificate error is now given when accessing via the web. Client access is fine.
The server has been restarted but it seems that it is still picking up the old expired certificate. Does this somehow need to be released so the new one can be applied?
running 10.5.0

Dear Brendan Broughton,
thanks for your request.
Did you have mounted the new certificate using netsh inside the operating system like mentioned in this article How to enable SSL with Board 10 Web Server (HTML 5) ?
I think this should solve your problem, because the new certificate has different thumbprint.
hope it helps

Thanks Alexander Kappes
It's actually a customer of ours so I personally haven't done anything,. I was going on what they told me which was that they'd followed the same steps as when they set it up initially, and being that their IT is much more knowledgeable in SSL than us we assumed they knew what they were doing. I have already raised the issue of binding with them and they're looking into it now. Thanks for confirming I was on the right path!
Cheers
Brendan
