Blank Popups Board

Hello,

 

Does anyone here understand how to deal with popups like the picture I shared this? My board popup is only white blank.

Hi Candra, I believe this is a rendering issue. I've seen it before where the graphics card on the laptop was struggling because of certain graphics settings - 3D effects enabled, dynamic wallpaper, that kind of thing. It might be worth reviewing your graphics settings to see whether that helps, business laptops typically don't have hugely powerful graphics cards.

Hi Candra, have a look at your graphics settings on your PC or laptop and see whether there's anything enabled which might put a heavy load on the graphics card - if you have custom wallpaper set up or anything like that it might be worth trying turning it off. I seem to recall one time I saw it when one of the settings was set to 32 bit rather than 16 bit but I suspect it depends on which version of windows you're running and what sort of graphics card.
