Sorting on Nexel column

I just tried to sort the content of a dataview by using a column that is based on a pretty simple Nexel calculation (single rule), but apparently sorting does not work on Nexel columns. Data type is numeric.
If I click on the header of the column, sorting is working fine, but I would like to have it automatically, on open, using the sort function in the data layout.
Any ideas / workarounds?

Hi,

please note that Nexel is applied after the data-view layout (see also Board manual).

That means sorting based on a block with Nexel is not possible.

Maybe you can persist the result in a cube using Nexel writeback and then use the cube for sorting?
