Screen fit for various aspect ratios

Hi,
Our masks are built with a custom aspect ratio that is close to 16:9 and we are using fit to width in the mask.

Some users have ultra-wide monitors (21:9 aspect ratio) and for dashboards the screen renders completely differently and is no longer aligned. Chart labels are shifted over so that they are hidden from view, images are skewed, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations/best practices for accommodating various aspect ratios in capsule masks?

Hi Audrey Nobles,

i recommend you to set the custom mask ratio at 1920x800 (always with fit to witdh).

In this way, if you have an high screen resolution, the screen objects should be in the same position.
