Possibility to change Account name

I would really appreciate if you would be able to adjust the account name.

We use SSO and if colleagues get married we always have to set up a new account, which is effort and also the colleague looses all adjustments, presentations made in his initial account.

It would be great for it to be a possibility for both cloud and on premise!

We have to migrate from SAML to OpenID and we have to recreate all the account as OpenID only support email as account name where SAML was using an internal account name of MSAD.
