Mass Communication To All Users for Planned Outages

Is there a method to manage communications to users through the sys admin section in Board? For example, we want to send a "planned outage" email to all users whenever we apply a patch or perform maintenance. A setting in the sys admin section would make it easy to send a mass email communication using the user's email address on file.

Hi @wdeer ,

there currently is no such feature directly available. You could, however, make use of the system's broadcasting feature in a procedure, which allows for sending emails to several users. Please refer to our manual

A second possibility would be providing a section "Message of the day" on the home screens of your applications - just a Label or Dynawrite object displaying the latest news for the users. This could be updated regularly from an administration screen.
