Hi all,

I hope this message finds you well.

I'm reaching out for assistance with a specific report feature I'm trying to implement. I’m aiming to create a dynamic drill-down functionality within my report. Essentially, I want to be able to select a cell from a specific column in my report, which should then navigate to a particular screen displaying a detailed breakdown related to the data in that cell.

Here's the context: when I click on a specific cell, it should take me to a different screen with a detailed view of that specific data point. Additionally, selecting other cells within the same column should link to their respective detailed screens as well.

I hope this explanation is clear. If anyone has experience with this or can offer guidance, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I think you might be looking for this drill-anywhere option:

You'd need a textcube containing the screennames, dimensioned by your entity "by row".

an additional remark. This option is a bit hard to find. It's only available in the object settings of the dataview's layout under "Column Appearance" where you can define individual drills for each column. You need to be in Edit Mode for this.

In my case, the block with the screen names is the same as the one on which the action shall be performed.

Thank you for getting back to me on this.

The first approach is more suited to what I am trying to achieve as I want the user to be able to double click in multiple cells within a column which will navigate them to the appropriate screen relating to the cell name.

Apologies, I am not quite understanding how a text cube can be used dynamically to take users to different screens.

Could you please break this down for me again.
