Flex Grid filtering then exporting

I have a flex grid that I'm trying to export a subset of the data. So I go to one of the columns and filter it. When I then go to export it to Excel, it exports, but there is no data in the Excel file. No matter what column I filter on or what I choose, it exports an Excel file with the correct column headers, but no data.

I can get it to export the data if I don't filter within the Flex Grid, but not if I filter the data first in Board.

Could you share the Board Version and Revision you’re currently using? I believe this info will help, as there were some bug fixes related to flex grid in more recent 14 releases.

Thanks, John! It seems there was a bug fix in release 14.1.0.1.233740 addressing an issue with flex grid exports creating empty Excel reports (see release notes below). However, it looks like you're on a later revision.

I’d still recommend reaching out to our support team via a new ticket so they can investigate further.
