Hi All,

Is it possible to display the last value of a date type cube in a dataview? The cube contains the following time entitie: day, on which a Validity date is written.

I tried it with the last value function, but that doesn't work. Does anyone have an idea, thanks.

This sounds like it might be an overly complicated workaround, but would it be possible to create some sort of new cube that just holds this value and then make it so that every edit to the validity date basically overwrites the value so that it would only hold a single value (i.e. the last one)? If there are any places where it would be changed with data entry, you may have to add in a small procedure that both edits the value where it is AND updates that new cube, but I think this would achieve what you are looking for since date type cubes do tend to behave differently than other cubes.
