Validation on Checkboxes

Question

Hello

I have a scenario whereby i can check only one box at a time

I tried creating a validation rule whereby i check the rt(of specific cube) , valid when < =  1.

Unfortunately it does not work, i can check more than one checkbox at a time.

Tried to lock cells "cells locked by Block" using rt(e)  is not 0 i get following error

Any solution please without the need to create a physical cube.

Is there  any way for me to lock the column totals. I cannot hide it otherwise the validation rule does not work.
