Last week in Paris, we brought together customers, partners, product leaders, UX designers, solution experts, and AI specialists for a three-day AI Design Innovation Lab focused on focused on how AI can help organizations plan, adapt, and decide with greater confidence.
The goal was not to discuss AI in theory. It was to work hands-on with the people closest to real business challenges and explore where AI can create meaningful, practical value.
Together, we focused on three areas:
- Grounding in Reality
We started with real customer challenges, mapped ideal future states, and identified the highest-impact opportunities to explore. - Rapid Prototyping
We refined ideas, prioritized use cases, and built early concepts to test desirability, viability, and feasibility. - Executing the Vision
We established a concrete pipeline to turn these big, ambitious ideas into practical, near-term deliverables.
The most valuable part was the continuous feedback loop. Customers and partners challenged assumptions, validated priorities, and helped us focus on what matters most: AI experiences that are useful, simple, trustworthy, and designed around real business needs.
That collaboration is exactly how we want to build: with our customers, not just for them.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in Paris and contributed their ideas, expertise, and candid feedback. The insights shared throughout the workshop will help shape how we bring AI-powered experiences to life in Board. If you are interested in participating in innovation and research sessions such as this one, drop us a note!
The conversation doesn't stop here. Continue sharing your ideas through the Idea Exchange, connect with us at upcoming events, and add your perspective in the comments below. The most impactful innovations come from collaboration, and your feedback plays an important role in shaping what comes next.
