Hello Steven,

you can manage the visibility or action of a label with a layout inside of it. There you can place a cube including an entity for the user (group or something similar) and of course the screen with 1 or 0 as value. So the Nurse won´t see the label or an included procedure won´t work for her.

Additionally you have to hide the screen list for the capsule.

Unfortunately, I can't change the SQL database but It may be possible that there is a kind of conflict with "User" as name of the table in SQL

Re: Go to screen and apply selection

Hi Björn,

Thank you for the feedback. It's clear but it was not working. In the meantime I have found a solution. I use a drill to screen using the row entity, this selection has to be use as part of an element in a cube matrix, then I use the screen trigger to run a procedure with a select entity based on the previous cube matrix, then apply selection to screen.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately Micorsoft prodides only 32 bits driver and we need a 64 bits. There are some commercial ODBC driver around the Internet. I will try to find something.

While this may result in the desired font in some circumstances, I've noticed that in many cases due to browser differences the font may not be as specified.

In the initial phases of a project (while confirming the critical look and feel elements of a solution) I've asked for an alternative font that may be more reliable across browsers to try and standardise the online experience.

So far, all have been able to understand the impact of browser differences, and can specify an alternative without issue.

It's good to see creativity in design of solutions, but I would recommend avoiding the use of 3D charts as they do not convey pertinent information in the most effective or economical way in an application.

If you have time I recommend a look into the recent work of Stephen Few and even back to the original material by Edward Tufte for guidance in what makes good information visualisation.

I've also experienced this error, especially with SAP datareader in an older version (8.1.6)

I've solved this doing as following:

when receiveing the error I close Board Client.
I stop Board service
I delete file bm1Common.xml form the database folder: this file stores datareader last run date, read records etc... so it's not critical at it will be re-created (only thing you won't see last run in datareader screen until next run)

Anyway, best solution is still upgrading Board
