Use Block Format in Web

Symbol Before and Symbol After block format settings should be displayed when hovering over elements in maps, treemaps, bar charts, pie charts and doughnuts.  Even in latest version, 10.3.0.50803, they do not.

Instead, as a workaround, it is necessary to add a manual Block Heading, repeating the Block name but with the Symbol at the end.  This is unnecessary duplication of effort for developers.

Eg.  a map should be able to display 'Floor Area: 1234.56 m²' in hover text - where 'Floor Area' is a cube name, '1234.56' is a cube value, and the block format has 'Symbol After' of ' m²' and 'Decimal Places' is 2.  However, both Desktop and Web maps do NOT show the Symbol After, nor apply the decimal places selected.

Eg. a map should be able to display 'Sales: £1234.56' in hover text - where 'Sales' is a cube name, '1234.56' is a cube value, and the block format has 'Symbol Before of '£' and 'Decimal Places' is 2..  However, both Desktop and Web maps do not show the Symbol Before, nor apply the decimal places selected.

Please Board, advise how soon this oversight will be rectified.

Regards

Mike
