About the recommended list function of input values

When using the recommended list function of input values, when changing the selection contents, the selection list displayed by default has only the choices of existing values.
Once you delete the existing value, the entire selection list is displayed.
As an improvement, when you click the input cell, all the candidate lists should be displayed by default without manually deleting the existing value.
