Database and R serve

Today, Board allows to store data in a relational database. New features allow to connect to an R server in order to run R scripts.

However, those servers, if used, are based elsewhere (on premise, or in the cloud). Therefore, the architecture is more complex and less efficient due to the time data goes from one place to another.

Solution : add R Serve and a database (eg MS SQL Server) in the cloud service on the same virtual machine as Board
