We had a few cases with a customer having a user working on Board when the monthly cloud maintenance kicked off on the machine hosting the Board server. Although it is said on the SaaS agreement which Sundays we plan to patch their servers, and they communicate it to their usersbase, it can still happen that someone is doing work when the machine is rebooted. This can cause data corruption.
I wonder if there is a more effective mechanism or feature to put in place to warn these users with a message from Board in advance, or somehow at least to prevent them to run procedures that change the data content too close to the kick-off time.
