Dynamic selection on cube - Period<>0 as default

Hello

I think that the option "Period<>0" in dyn selections based on cube setup is the most commonly used, but the default is "latest value".

Why don't set it as default? 

Or at least remove the default and make the choice an added compulsory step to go on.
