Warning message - change entity code width

It would be really helpful getting an error/information-message if a data reader would change the code width of entities --> e.g. when having a CSV-File with entity content.
We had now several times the problem, that the csv contained a little issue (e.g. wrong separator) and therefore the code width was changed --> which causes problems when there is a deployment to the prod system and a different code width there..
