Improving ATO pop-up by inserting required format expectations / limitations

Hello,

When the ATO pop-up is displayed for users, it would be helpful to display some of the requirements and/or limitations for Code and/or Description of new members IN the pop-up.

Furthermore for the "Roll-Up" entities...
