Administration: More management options for all users presentations
It would be good for us as administrators if we had more management options for all users' presentations. E.g. an overview page showing which presentations are available and with whom they were all shared, if necessary the possibility to change assignments here as well. As a current workaround, we register on behalf of the users and can change individual presentations. However, we are missing a central overall view.

Hi @Christoph Schmitt, thank you for sharing your idea! We appreciate the time and effort you put into crafting your suggestion, and we understand the need of this solution. We have accepted this Idea to be part of our backlog and we are evaluating the feasibility of adding it to the development roadmap. We will be evaluating this idea with enhancements to be made for Presentations.
We are committed to delivering the best possible experience to our customers, and we must prioritize the features and enhancements that will have the most significant impact on your daily use of our software.0 -
Hopefully this includes the ability to delete when users leave or change roles, and also control scheduling blocks.
Example - Users can only schedule with 2 am - 6 am …
We have also seen users get "scheduling fever" in other tools, set them up in the beginning, then never use but they run daily and it taxes the system.
Thanks, and can't wait to see this.

@Christoph Schmitt , we have had to create email aliases and assign licenses to a central login to administer this for our individual segments. This is a painful workaround that ties up seats/licenses, but seems to be the only workaround given the fact that we have no other way of ensuring some centralized control over crucial reports via presentation and send to. There really needs to be a module/management screen where we can re-assign ownership of presentations in case someone is termed or moves departments, etc.

@Jeremy Hall Thanks for the info with the workaround. We haven't come up with the idea yet. But I see it the same way you do, that there should be a central overview. @Matthew Brown I hope that too. I believe that such topics can currently only be evaluated via the log files. @Product Management Team Thanks for the reply. It would also be great if users could create their own groups and then share the presentations with the specially defined groups. This could make sharing with large groups/numbers of people way easier.
