Icons in menu object

Hallo everyone,

Is ist possible to customise the icons in the menu object, as there was in version 10? This function no longer seems to exist in Board 12, so that only the standard icons have to be used here?

    Hi Lars,

    The "capsule sitemap" configuration that allowed users to customize the icons of each screen has been discontinued from Board 12 onwards. There is an idea that's already been submitted on the Board community to include this feature.

    Hi Lars,

    Just a note, we pretty frequently build the Board app's navigation with Labels and capsule procedures/Go to Screen functionality (Action Type setting for a Label object) instead of using a standard Menu object. It's precisely because of the limited Menu object's formatting options and better user experience.

    Label objects have a lot of formatting settings. You can use available Shapes as icons, or load any image/use a URL link to an image.

    Maybe it's something you'd like to explore.
