We are proud to introduce the launch of the Board Help Center in all Sandbox environments, where you can receive in-platform help in real-time.
Important notes:
- The Board Help Center is only available in Sandbox environments from version Board 14.1 and onwards.
- The Board Help Center is being enhanced and updated regularly. You will be notified of every update through the release notes, which you can find in the Board Help Center under "What's new?”
What is the Board Help Center?
The Board Help Center is an in-platform widget available in all Sandbox environments, providing direct access to helpful articles, instant answers to Board-related questions, real-time feedback, the latest release notes, and Board news updates.
From the Board Help Center, you can immediately access information to help you while you interact with Board, like finding the best practices, learning about the latest updates and features, or being immediately notified of security updates.
What's in the Board Help Center?
- Home: Users can access a variety of modules to help their experience.
- Help (coming soon): Users can directly search the Board knowledge base to get answers immediately.
- News: Users can access posts of the latest product updates.
Board Help Center use cases:
- Looking for the updated release notes?
You have a direct link to the current release notes in the “Release Notes” page from the Home tab of the Board Help Center. Click “Release Notes” and then click on the release notes article to see the latest.
- Want to know what's new at Board?
Check out the News tab, where we post announcements from exciting upcoming features to important security information.

No, the Help Center is only available in the Sandbox environments used for things like training or testing.
