Object Effects: Transitions

This proposal seeks to improve the "Effects" section by introducing a variety of transition effects to complement the existing "Object Opacity" feature.
Current Issue:
- Currently, when an object set to 0% opacity is hovered over, it suddenly appears, which can be visually abrupt, making the element seem to pop out of nowhere.
Proposed Solution:
- Introduce smooth transition effects such as fade, flip, zoom, and slide (both vertically and horizontally).
- An example of a desirable effect would be the "Screen List" panel, which utilizes a horizontal sliding effect that slides out from the left margin to display the screens of the capsule.
Example Implementation:
- A collapsible sidebar could be implemented to remain hidden by default, thus maximizing screen space. When users hover over a specific area of the screen, the sidebar could smoothly slide out from the edge, providing access to additional tools or information without cluttering the main interface.
Impact:
- These various transition animations would offer developers greater customization options, allowing them to tailor the appearance and behavior of objects to meet their specific needs.
- Overall, this enhancement would improve both the aesthetics and usability of Board, resulting in a cleaner and more organized workspace.
