Enable Master Object at the Containers Level (Tab or Panel)

Hi everyone,

Currently, the Master Object option in Board is available only at the screen level. While this works well in many cases, I believe it would be more powerful and flexible if we could define a Master Object at the container level, such as within a Tab container or Panel container.

If we could assign a local Master Object per container (like a Tab or a Panel), it would allow:

Local filtering for each section of the screen,
Easier comparison between two dashboards side-by-side,
Better user experience in interactive analysis.

Currently, I think only the local filtering (Container-based selector / Pager) is not available.

I tried using the Panel container within the Tab container. This allows using multiple objects or a set of objects within the Panel container. This helps in a situation where we need different tabs to have a different set of objects. Example below:

However, using a Selector / Pager in any of the containers affects the other container's report objects as well. (in short, the whole screen)

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! My suggestion is actually a bit different: I propose adding the option to define a Master Object per container (Tab/Panel). This would allow the object itself to control selections locally in the container.

I think your approach of using selectors or pagers separately on each container is an interesting idea as well, i totally agree.
