Aligning Chart Axis

I am working on mimicking a chart done via excel currently.  Without creating a new data cube I can pull the data in multiple charts, however the axis range of each chart is different.  The visible layout of the chart is Actuals (Blue), Forecast - Actual (green or red), and Total Year Forecast (White).  Depending on the division/department/segment that is selected the ranges change significantly.  Is there a way to set a chart's axis as dependent on another chart? Or is there a way to group blocks in the chart so I could have all three comparisons in one chart?

  • Unfortunately I'm using stacked charts to get the effect of showing the win/miss, to my knowledge side by side in the same chart will only work if I create a new entity and cube to segregate the data into separate columns.  I'm trying to avoid creating a new cube for 1 chart, but it may be unavoidable.

That is perfect.  And if you use empty blocks set to cluster on primary axis and stack on secondary you can add spacing between the layouts.  I set secondary to visible so you could see that it is the same range.
