to be honest, I got a pop-up message error when i access Data model Security function of Data Model. if this case happened somewhere , please help me to identify root cause and solution to fix

did you already have the chance to check the "Board Web Log" ?
the code in the image you shared is referring to a specific row in the log file - maybe this can help you to start the troubleshoot
if you are a cloud customer, you can find the web-log in the Admin Portal
if you are an on-premise customer deploying board through IIS, the log is in the folder
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BoardWeb\App_Data\log
