Hi to all members,
as Community Captain, I see myself more in an ambassadorial role: the community thrives on swarm knowledge and the more people participate, share their knowledge and help others, the greater the benefit that everyone can derive from it.
I love the discussions that arise from new ideas and am a big fan of the how-to articles and best practices.
The community is the platform on which we can grow ourselves and make our contribution to an ever better Board.Best,
Helmut2 -
As a Community Captain for Board, I value the recognition of expertise and the chance to collaborate with a community of passionate professionals. This designation allows me to share insights, solve challenges, and exchange best practices, fostering both personal and community growth.
It also provides access to exclusive resources and updates, keeping me informed and enabling me to contribute meaningfully to advancing the use of Board in innovative and impactful ways.2 -

Hello to everybody !
Being a Community Captain is such an exciting experience! For me, it’s all about sharing ideas, finding new solutions, and growing together as a group.
I see this role as more than just a title—it’s a chance to encourage teamwork, spark new ideas, and connect people in our community.
This community is full of knowledge, and I’m proud to be part of a group where we support each other and discover new ways to make Board even better.
Best,
Fethi Zerara

Currently, I am not yet a Community Captain, but I have been working with Board for quite some time and have been a member of the community as well.
Recently, I’ve been trying to become more active within the community. For me, the community is an important way to connect with other Board users, exchange ideas, and seek help with complex challenges.

I look at Board like I do Microsoft Excel. I can read every book, blog and watch every YouTube video and never know everything. I am not at the Community Captain level yet because I do not feel that I would have anything to add. I am still learning so much. I do; however, appreciate those who are the Community Captain's to guide us through. Thank you, Captains, for your responses to my elementary questions so one day I might be able to help another beginner in the future!

Dear all,
I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts and aspirations regarding our community. While I am not yet a Community Captain, I envision myself taking on a more ambassadorial role in the future. I strongly believe that the strength of our community lies in its collective knowledge. The more people who actively participate, share their expertise, and support others, the greater the value we can all derive.
I truly enjoy the vibrant discussions sparked by new ideas, as well as the wealth of knowledge provided through how-to articles and best practices. These resources are invaluable, and they underscore the incredible potential of this platform to help us all grow.
Our community is not just a space to share—it’s a foundation where we can collectively contribute to building an even better Board. I’m excited about the future and look forward to seeing how we can grow together.

@Karry Schupp Many thanks for your response! In my opinion, learners at every level have something to offer the Community. Every insight, no matter how big or small, inspires and educates others 💡. Hoping to welcome you into the Captains in the near future 🙂.

For me, being a Community Captain is all about helping people! Helping the community is a very rewarding moment for me. I had the luck of having amazing teachers since my first day working with Board and I always had an expert that could help me to quickly solve my problems. I know that not everybody had this chance, so it pleases me to do what is in my power to help solving problems for the community in the best way possible, applying the best practices, etc.
Also, I learned over time that the best way to solidify a knowledge within ourselves is to explain it to somebody else. This, together with the many very interesting articles and discussions available in the community, contribute very much to my own personal evolution inside the Board ecosystem. This creates a virtuous cycle of learning and sharing that will take all of us way further!
