Let’s kick off the new year by building on our momentum. This year, we’re introducing a refreshed name that better highlights your contributions: the monthly Badge of Impact. The goal remains the same--share your insights to elevate the Community and learn from others. Stay tuned, share your voice, and help shape our Community’s success!

As a consultant, my primary goal this year is to enhance the strategic decision-making and operational efficiency of my clients.
By leveraging Board's platform, I can provide them with advanced analytics for deeper market insights and financial planning tools that streamline budgeting and forecasting.
I aim to foster a data-driven culture within my clients' organizations by utilizing Board's user-friendly dashboards. This approach not only expands their market reach through better customer data analysis but also supports dynamic performance tracking, allowing clients to quickly adapt to changing business conditions.
Furthermore, I plan to drive product innovation for my clients by using Board's scenario planning capabilities, which allow for effective testing and development of new ideas.
My guiding principle for 2025 is:

- Improve Budgeting process (with Board and the parts outside of Board)
- Upgrade to 14
- Create and improve reporting by learning how users are wanting or needing to see things now that they have been using it for over a year
- Personally, I want to learn everything I can about Board. The more things to read about it the better! Bring on the examples too - those are great for visual people like me!
