Getting just one value wrong for Level 300: Module 305, functionality Test.

Level 300, 309: Workflow. Functional Test, Step 6 EMEA Approver rejects a plan: Submit button issue
Hi Board Academy, I'm taking Level 300, 309: Workflow, and currently on Functional Testing step. I tried 2 browsers - Edge and Chrome - and Submit button on Step 6 of functional testing does not work when the correct answer is selected, and I can't proceed to step 7. Please advise. Hide blank records when Data Blocks alignment is Vertical
